oh dear, happy isabel is dissipating!

all of a sudden i become unhappy most of the times. i really need to find the old me back, i don't like this!
maybe i'm just paranoid and pulling myself deeper in. i've gotta change a few things. wish me luck, cos i'm feeling really down now.
